Today I am posting a trick to find the ip address of any site and ping of your connection using command prompt. Its really a very simple trick.

Just follow these simple steps

• Open command prompt.
  
   
• Now enter the command .
  

             ping website.com

  Here, I've used Facebook and its IP is 173.252.110.27 and my ping is 394ms :( which is really very high. Try pinging the google of your country. eg. google.co.uk for UK.

An internet connection has become a basic necessity in our modern lives. Wireless hot-spots (commonly known as Wi-Fi) can be found everywhere!

If you have a PC with a wireless network card, then you must have seen many networks around you. Sadly most of these networks are secured with a network security key.

Have you ever wanted to use one of these networks? You must have desperately wanted to check your mail when you shifted to your new house. The hardest time in your life is when your internet connection is down.

Cracking those Wi-Fi passwords is your answer to temporary internet access.

Step 1: Setting Up CommView for Wi-Fi

• Download the zip file of CommView for Wi-Fi from the website. Extract the file and run setup.exe to install CommView for Wi-Fi. When CommView opens for the first time it has a driver installation guide. Follow the prompts to install the driver for your wireless card.
• Run CommView for Wi-Fi.
• Click the play icon on the top left of the application window.

Start scanning for wireless networks.
CommView now starts scanning for wireless networks channel by channel. After a few minutes you will have a long list of wireless networks with their security type and signal. Now it is time to choose your target network

Step 2: Selecting the Target Network and Capturing Packets

A few things to keep in mind before choosing the target wireless network

• This tutorial is only for WEP encrypted networks.

So make sure you select a network with WEP next to its name

• Choose a network with the highest signal.
• Each network will have its details in the right column.
• Make sure the WEP network you are choosing has the least the least dB (decibel) value.

Once you have chosen your target network,select it and click Capture to start capturing packets from the desired channel.
Now you might notice that packets are being captured from all the networks in the particular channel. To capture packets only from the desired network follow the given steps.

• Right click the desired network and click on copy MAC Address.
• Switch to the Rules tab on the top.
• On the left hand side choose MAC Addresses
• Enable MAC Address rules
• For 'Action' select 'capture' and for 'Add record' select 'both'.
• Now paste the mac address copied earlier in the box below.

We need to capture only data packets for cracking. Hence select D on the bar at the top of the window and deselect M (Management packets) and C (Control packets).
Now you have to save the packets so that they can be cracked later. To do this-

• Go to the logging tab on top and enable auto saving.
• Set Maximum Directory Size to 2000
• Set Average Log File Size to 20.

Step 3: Waiting...

Now the boring part- WAITING!
NOTE: The amount of time taken to capture enough data packets depends on the signal and the networks usage. The minimum number of packets you should capture should be 100,000 for a decent signal.
After you think you have enough packets (at least 100,000 packets)

• Go to the log tab and click on concatenate logs.
• Select all the logs that have been saved.
• Do not close CommView for Wi-Fi
• Now navigate to the folder where the concatenated logs have been saved
• Open the log file
• Select File- Export -Wire shark tcpdump format and choose any suitable destination.
• This will save the logs with a .cap extension to that location

Now the Interesting Part... CRACKING!

• Download Aircrack-ng and extract the zip file.
• Open the folder and navigate to 'bin'.
• Run Aircrack-ng GUI
• Choose WEP
• Open your .cap file that you had saved earlier.
• Click Launch.
• In the command prompt type in the index number of your target wireless network.
• Wait for a while .If everything goes fine the wireless key will be shown.

You may also receive a request to try with more packets. In this case wait until more packets have been captured and repeat the steps to be performed after capturing packets

5.Type select volume 4 (or select any other volume as where the drive is present).
 
6.Now type remove letter G (Note- This sometime requires a reboot).

The drive will no longer be available via Windows Explorer or My Computer.

NOTE:

Only the first hard disk drives can be locked here.

• Any user of the computer with Administrative Rights can change these settings. Realize your disk drives are not as secure as originally thought. If you apply the prevent access, however, then nobody can access the drive.
• If you are using the "Hide these specific drives in My Computer" option, your hard disk drives are still accessible by typing the Drive Letter in address bar or "Run".

1) Uninstall Or Disable Unused Apps:-

Your Device Has A Limited Amount Internal Storage Available & From Less Space Device Will Perform Slower. If U Have Filled Up Ur Storage By Apps, Music, Video or Photos It Is Highly Recommended  Free Up Ur Storage By Uninstalling Unwanted/Unused App. Uninstalling apps can be done by going to Settings -> opening the Apps menu -> and selecting the app you wish to uninstall. Preloaded applications from carriers or manufacturers that cannot be uninstalled, known as bloatware, can at least be disabled and hidden from the app drawer using this method.

2)  Limit Ur Widgets & Live Wallpaper:-

Many Of The People Will Argue That The Widgets Are Very Helpful & Can Help Them In Quickly Finding The Information. But They Don't Know At The Same Time They Eat Away Their Battery Life & Can Slow Down Their Device. Reducing the number of widgets, especially data-intensive ones like Facebook, will help your smartphone or tablet run more smoothly and last longer. You can remove widgets from the home screen by long-pressing the one you wish to delete and dragging it to the top of the screen.
Another cool Android feature is the option to use a live wallpaper as your background. Like widgets, however, live wallpapers can slow down your device and drain the battery. You can also change your wallpaper with a long press on the home screen. 

3) Clear App Caches:-

Cached Data Build Up In Application And Can Effect Ur Device Performance. Deleting individual caches can be done in the Apps menu, but a number of free programs are available through the Google Play store that can automate the process. Some of the most popular ones include app cache and Clean Master, both of which are available for free.
  
4) Disable Animation :-
 
A hidden settings option in Android will give you access to commands you may have never known existed. Go to Settings, About Phone, scroll down to Build number, and tap it seven times. You will now have access to developer options. These special settings allow you to do a variety of things, but they are meant for advanced users and shouldn't be changed unless you know what you are doing.
One tweak that could speed up your device is disabling animations within the operating system. To do this, open Settings, go to Developer options, and scroll down to the Drawing option. Next, turn off the Window animation scale, Transition animation scale, and Animator duration scale. This will disable animations that occur when you open, close, and switch between apps. Although the interface will look less polished, there should be less lag in performance.

Rooting gives you the ability to overclock the device's processor, install a custom ROM, and other things; however it also voids your warranty and could cause irreversible damage to the device.

1) Download & Install "FolderColorizer". You Can Download It From:-

2) Now after installing the software, simply right click on any folder which you wish to customize. Here when you right click on folder, you will see a new option in the context menu i.e. Colorize !. Now simply go to that option and one submenu will appear. Now choose any color you want to assign to this folder.

Finally Whenever U Will Turn On Ur Computer Windows will welcome you in its own computerized voice.

NOTE:

It Is Recommended That Change Ur Sound Scheme To No Sound. To Do So:

Go To Control Panel & Click On Sound And Audio Device.
Then Click On Sound Tab.
Then Select No Sound On Sound Scheme Option.

If U Want To Save Ur Computer's To Previous Sound U Can Click On "yes" In Popup Menu.
Then Click Ok.

Autorun Is A Big Virus & You Can't Delete It. Whenever U Insert Ur USB Drive It Automatically Run By Itself Which Contain "autorun.inf" file. Maybe U Feel No Danger From It But Sometime It Contain Harmful Code. It Can Be Very Dangerous For Your System.Normally There Is No Software To Permanently Delete It From Ur PC But Now U Can Delete It Using Some Easy Cmd Prompt.




Just Follow These Easy Steps To Remove It:

1) Open Cmd Prompt Using "run as administrator"

2) Go To Root Directory Using Cd or Cd/Command.

3) Now Type This “attrib-h-r-s autorun.inf” & Then Press Enter.

4)  It Will Automatically Search autorun.inf In Ur Pc.

5) Now U Will Find Ur Result Then Press Shift+Dlt & Then Press Enter.

6) Finally Restart Ur Pc & U Have Successfully Deleted Ur autorun.inf Virus From Ur Pc.

There Are Two Methods:

1 Method:

Boot Ur System With DOC & After That Delete The "sam.exe" & "sam.log" Files From

Windows\system32\config In Your C:/ drive.
Now When U Boot Up In NT The Old Password Which Is Accessible To Administrator Account It Will Be Blank. (i.e No Password)

NOTE: This Method Will Work Only If Ur Hard drive Is FAT Kind.


If This Method Will Not Work Try This:

2 Method:

Follow These Steps.

1) Take Out The Hard Disk Of Ur PC & Put It Into Another Computer.

2) Boot That Computer & Use Ur Hard Disk As A Secondary Hard Disk. (Don't Boot It As Primary Hard Disk).

3) Then Open That Hard Drive In Which Windows Is Installed.

 4) Now Go to Location Windows & Then ->system32->config

5) Delete "sam.exe" and "sam.log"

6) Now Remove Ur Hard Disk & Put It Into Ur Computer. 

Then Ur Password Will Be Removed.

This is the second trick that I'll be posting for increasing the internet speed.I hope it would help you. As we know, DNS server affects our internet speed . So, using the fast DNS server would help us in increasing our network speed.But, now a question arises, How can I find which is the best DNS for me?
I've got the solution. Just follow these simple steps-

Namebench

• Go to namebench project homapage and download Namebench from there.Actually namebench compares your DNS speed with the fastest public DNS available
• Run NameBench and  start the test.
• After the test, namebench would show you the fastest Primary,Secondary and Tertiary DNS servers.
• Now go to Control Panel then Networks and Sharing center. Click on Change Adapter Settings.
• Right click on your connection name and then open it's properties. Double click Internet Protocol Version 4 from there. Select the "Use the following DNS server addresses" option and paste the DNS server addresses that namebench had suggested you.
• Click OK and reboot your PC. Your connection speed would be increased after reboot.

Many of the broadband/wifi users are generally irritated due their net speed problems. Even when we are paying for a higher speed, sometimes we get lower speed. Now, I'll be posting a series of posts for those guyz to increase their internet speed upto it's extent. There are a numerous ways to do that-

• First of all, try to understand your connection problem. For this, Go to speedtest.net
• Now click on Begin Test. If your ping is too high then you can try to improve your ping. There are many tricks for improving the ping. One of the Best way is through the TCP optimizer.

• Download TCP optimizer from speedguide.net and run it.
   
• Set your internet speed which you are experiencing. Select "Modify all network adapters".
  
   
• Now select "Optimal" settings. Click on Apply changes and then it would ask you to reboot your PC. Click on OK.
• Now you will be experiencing a bit improved speed and ping(latency).
